Rental Agreement
- Lorey’s Yard Cards LLC is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
- TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Please understand by placing any order with our company you agree to our terms and conditions.
- DELIVERY: The yard sign will be delivered the evening before or morning of event date unless an alternative delivery date is agreed upon.
- CANCELLATION: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charge for all orders cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled deliver.
- INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to set up your yard card greeting in hazardous weather conditions. If we are unable to reschedule, we will refund your payment.
- PAYMENT: To hold your reservation, payment must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- REFUND POLICY: We will not refund payments for errors that occurred when initial order was placed. If you cancel your order within 48 hours, you will be refunded your payment minus the $50 cancellation fee. All orders cancelled before 48 hours of scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
- POLICY: Please remember to notify the homeowner of the delivery date of the yard greeting within 24 hours. Homeowners should not water or mow their grass during this time.
- All signs are the sole property of Lorey’s Yard Cards, LLC. Any damage or destruction to our property is prohibited. Do not remove signs without our consent. If there is any damage to our property, you are responsible for the full replacement cost.
- Lorey’s Yard Cards LLC has the right to refuse orders that are political, controversial, or that does not agree with the festive nature of our company’s business.
- By reserving and/or placing your order with Lorey’s Card Cards LLC, you agree to all of our company policies.
